The purpose of this page is to inform users of Squatopia: Full-Body Fitness Roguelike (the "Game") and/or our customer support service (this service and the Game hereinafter referred to as the "Service") regarding our policy with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information to anyone who decided to use our Service.

For a better experience, while using our Game, we may automatically collect anonymized data, that are processed to improve the Game.

Platform Features and Data Processing
When you use Squatopia: Full-Body Fitness Roguelike on Meta Quest, our app requests access to the following Platform Features and processes the associated data:

META QUEST PLATFORM FEATURES:

• User ID: We access your unique Meta user ID to identify you within our game, save your progress, and enable platform features.

• User Profile: We access your Oculus username and profile photo to personalize your in-game experience and display your identity in leaderboards or multiplayer features.

• In-App Purchases and/or Downloadable Content: We process transaction data when you make purchases within the game, including purchase history and payment status.

• Subscriptions: We access subscription-related data including billing period start time, end time, and subscription status to manage your access to premium features.

• Deep Linking: We process data about your desired destination within our app when you access it through external links or invitations.

GAMEPLAY DATA:

• Movement and Motion Data: We process your body movements, position tracking, and motion patterns to enable gameplay mechanics, fitness tracking, and exercise recognition.

• Fitness and Performance Data: We process data related to your workout performance, including squat counts, exercise completion, and workout duration to provide fitness feedback and track your progress.

• Spatial and Environmental Data: We process spatial mapping and boundary data to ensure safe gameplay within your play area.

• Controller Input Data: We process controller position, orientation, and button inputs to enable game interaction and menu navigation.

• Game Progress Data: We process your in-game achievements, level progression, character upgrades, and gameplay statistics to maintain your game state and provide a personalized experience.

All gameplay data is processed locally on your device during gameplay sessions and is essential for the core functionality of our fitness roguelike game. Platform Features data is processed according to Meta's privacy policies and our app's functionality requirements.

By contacting our customer service via e-mail, we will likely receive Personal Information (e-mail address, and any other Personal Information you might have provided us with) that we will not process, except for providing you with the support you requested. The e-mails will be stored to ensure proper follow-up, but you are free to request the Personal Information deletion: clarke.plumo@gmail.com

Data Deletion Rights
You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data that we have collected through our Service. This includes:

• Platform Features data (User ID, Profile, Purchase/Subscription data)
• Gameplay data (Movement, Fitness, Spatial, Controller, and Progress data)
• Customer service correspondence
• Any other personal information collected through the Game

Upon receiving your request, we will:
1. Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
2. Delete all personal data we have collected about you within 30 days
3. Confirm the deletion via email

Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Unity Analytics
The Game is developed with Unity, and Unity Analytics are enabled to help us collect anonymous user progression and performance metrics, to help us continuously improve the Game. Unity privacy policy is available on their website: https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy

We do not have access to these data other than in the form of aggregate metrics.

Meta
If you are accessing the Game from the Meta platform, Meta might collect personal information from you, according to the terms of services you agreed upon, and following their own privacy policy, which is available on their website: https://www.oculus.com/legal/privacy-policy/

We do not have access to these data other than in the form of aggregate sales and metrics.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
